Minimum Stay: 5 nights

Cancelation Policy:
- A 50% deposit is required.
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival.
- Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancellation is made within 60 days before arrival.
- If guests don't show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Awesome property
Wonderful house! Beautiful views and excellent location. Property manager was super responsive and took great care of us.

The villa is beautiful, even better in real life than in the photos!
It has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths ensuite, however, two of the bedrooms are in the basement. It worked well for our family. We will look forward to renting the villa again in the future. The hosts were wonderful and very professional.
